Lazy Summer Days

After making a couple of quick phone calls this is how I found the girls watching Dragon Tales - their favorite sprout show. Needless to say the days are pretty laid back around here for the most part just waiting out the summer heat and the next few weeks of pregnancy. Luckily the girls entertain themselves very well with drawing, homework and the new project daily is to pull out every single blanket - theirs and the large living room ones and lay they them throughout both living rooms and act like there are kids on them from a class taking naps. It's amazing to see how their little minds work when given freedom to explore. Blankets turn into capes and they become superheros running around or they are mom's that walk around with their babies and putting them to bed. The other day Darian was sitting on the couch with her 'daughter' and pulled her shirt down and was latching the baby on and said 'look mom I'm feeding my baby'... she said she learned it from her Auntie Becky :)
