Although I was off by a few days he arrived when he was good and ready. I walked around Babies R'us on Monday afternoon in hopes that would get things moving and apparently it did the trick. They started off occasional so I didn't get my hopes up that this could be it but as the hourse went by they picked up the intensity and frequency. I didn't wait until they got as bad as they did with Devyn but decided about 8pmish that it was probably time to go. We checked into the hospital and I was at 5cm and immediately they started picking up. To help things along the Dr. broke my water about 10:30ish and by midnight I was at 8cm. A little while later I was feeling a lot of pressure so they checked again and was ready to go - they called the Dr. in and set the bed up - told me to give a practice push which lasted all of 1 second cause he was popping out. Dr. came in and told me to push and same response -0k stop pushing and give me a few little tiny ones. :) After 1/2 a tiny push there he was - She said in all her years it was the easiest one she had ever delivered. He was born at 8/17/10 at 1:17am 7lbs. and 20.3 inches. He reminds me a lot of Devyn with lighter hair but you can decide from the pictures.
