Welcoming the new year with some layered jello and a movie.
Looking back and reflecting on this past year or even 2 or 3 as we were anxiously awaiting the new year has left me searching for words to express my feelings on so many different levels. To sum it up: We have been let down, disappointed, depressed, confused, exhausted which have all turned into times where we have been lifted up, excited, happy, walked by faith, full of energy and Joy and have been taken care of more than we could have ever imagined. Our Heavenly Father not only knows the best for us, we have learned that if we fully submit and depend on Him, He is going to take care of all of our needs and most of our wants. We have been blessed beyond what words can begin to describe and know that without Him, we would be nowhere. We leave 2012 as a year of major growth with a lot of lessons learned and look forward to 2013 as a year of many new relationship built, old one developed and a time of moving forward with our family.
