We had ssssoooooo much fun at the ocean. We got out of the car and headed down the beach. It was a beautiful and sunny day with a wonderful breeze. Darian could not wait to see how this worked so we set up our towels and headed to the water. She was pretty confident until the sand got really cold. 
Here is the first time her feet touch the ocean water. And as you can all guess...
the first wave took her down. I was shocked... not really just not prepared for the first one that barely came up to her ankles would take her out.
Devyn was cold after being awoken from her nap and hung out with daddy for a little bit
then wanted to see what it was all about as well.
Still a little timid but went right in with daddy.
She loved laying on her stomach in the sand and then would get upset that she got in on her.
There were 2 girls that came over near us to build a sandcastle and the girls were thrilled to help them 'build it'. As we packed up and got everything all ready to go Darian wanted to put her toes in the water 1 last time... we ended up changing her soaking wet clothes at the car. :)
