Devyns First Haircut

Yesterday I was in the other room and heard the girls playing with eachother and their leapfrog letters on our fridge... then it got quiet - I called them and they didn't respond so I went into the kitchen to find Devyn sitting on the floor in a Pile of her hair. I was in shocked and grabbed her and almost started crying - I didn't think I would be so emotional about her losing her baby curls but it made me so sad. Darian was so scared and just started sobbing saying she was so sorry. As you can see she lost all of her length in the back and hours later I realized that she had taken a chunk off of her bangs and a chunk on top as well. I guess she will go to a bob for awhile. The pigtails hide the damage quite well till I can emotionally prepare to cut off the rest of her length. Devyn just kept telling Darian today 'sissy you cut off all my curls'
