Darian is becoming quite the avid speller. She practices everyday writing different letters and we are working on her spelling different 3 letter words. I figured it was time to start working on this when she came up to me 2 weeks ago and said BOB spells Bob. So... needless to say we are working away with 'homework'. Today she spelled her name all by herself in the other room and brought it into me and the same with 'DAD'. She has pretty good penmanship for only 3 I think by the mere fact that I can actually read what it says. I'm sure I'm getting ahead of myself but I ordered the Victory Drill Book that I used to use in elementary school the other day. Brought back alot of memories of all the timed drills but I'm looking forward to Darian working on it and Devyn soon to follow who absolutely LOVES reading stories. She's working on all her alphabet letters on the fridge and learning what each one says and looks like. I'm so glad they Love learning. :)
