Darian is 4

Darian turned 4 today. As I was putting her to bed last night I was thinking back on that day 4 years ago when we went to bed knowing that the next morning (day) we were going to be a family of 3 with a brand new baby girl. Wow how much has changed in the last 4 years. We woke up today and had pancakes with strawberries & whip cream (I really like this tradition), we added eggs in the mix also which all got eaten. Got dressed up in her new dress (she keeps calling it her wedding dress hehe) that we have been saving for a special occasion. Went to hang out with daddy a little while he was at work (so mommy could go shopping for some presents) and then went and picked out a few outfits on her own. Then off to the grocery store to pick out her special cake then home to have her birthday dinner which she wanted pigs in a blanket aka Tracy's arm and mac n'cheese. All in all it was a very nice day to celebrate her 4 yrs. with us.
