2 months

8.17.10 seems like such a long time ago but yet just the other day. Today our son is 2 months old. We couldn't be happier to have him and feel so blessed already. He is growing at a significant rate and almost hitting the 12lb mark. He is almost outgrown his 3 months clothes (hopefully we have a few more weeks). He is a Very happy baby and loves to laugh and smile and coo. He goes for quite sometime 'talking' to people. He loves his sisters and talks to them all the time and they love making him laugh. He can sleep through anything luckily - I tried the first few weeks constantly telling them 'shhh your brother is sleeping' or 'be quiet the baby is sleeping'... and everytime it lasted a whole 2 seconds before the volume of voices and laughes and games were back up. He isn't phased by anything anymore - luckily. He's a great little sleeper at night as well and is making great strides in making it through the night. A few nights in a row he has gone 8 1/2 hrs straight though but not completely consistent yet. Can't complain on my end though. All in all I have realized how much I love having babies and with my schedule being so chaotic when I had both the girls I have been able to take all of him in and really enjoy being a mom and feel greatly blessed that I have had the opportunity to spend the time with him. He is such a low key baby and quite mellow and is a perfect fit into our family of 5.
